this work shift was one of the worse times in my life, only Ida's passing was harder on me. Cognitively im' good. doing everything right according to the mental heath pro's. thankfully my gal works with the nervous system and not just cognitive function or i would have been stuck. instead i slept for damn near 23 hrs off and on, sans sleep aids ( Read more... ) -
