What are some battle-tested ways to prevent a hangover?

And don't say "don't drink." Shyeah.

Drink a lot. Drink all the time. Don't stop drinking. Drink. Eventually you will never have a hangover because you'll always be drunk. When you sleep, hook yourself up to an alcohol I.V.

Actually a good remedy for nausea is ginger tablets, but I don't know what to do about the headaches. Seriously, ginger tablets are supposed to be great. Ginger tablets. I could start calling you Ginger, it would fit with your hair color. Then you would be Ginger Taplet.

I got too much sleep.

I used to try and hammer down slim fast as soon as I woke up and then hunt down breakfast. I don't remember if it worked or not.

Drink lots of water before sleep. If too drunk to remember, wake up....get lots of water. Take EXEDRINE (important because it has caffine). GO back to sleep for a little longer

when i was in europe they sold yogurt drink in giant one liter bottles and after a big ol night of smoking and drinking pouring that down the guzzet was the best... it was thick and chalky and plus it recolonized your good bacteria (no beer shits). since then ive found it doesnt sound appealing in the morning. maybe because i was up and going to museums instead of lazing in bed ? one thing that does seriously help is fructose. when i am going to drink a lot i eat fruit too. fructose is needed to turn ethanol into co2, and whatever else. its sci-en-tific. a shower cleans out your pores which are clogged with the by products of alcohol, helping your body breath and feel better. ive read vitamin b (i.e. yeast) is good, but i ve only had the yeast in the beer. which is tough to discern if it really helps or not.
