I got into Mercer School of Medicine for Aug '09!!!

I brought up my MCAT score by 5 points! That's pretty amazing. They only asked me to bring it up by 1-3 points. I also brought up my essays two letters. So I should be interviewing at Mercer soon, since I applied early decision. With any luck I'll be in Medical School in August of '09.

finished taking the mcat a second time. it seemed easier this time around, which is good. it also helped that i didn't really get nervous at all.

I'm on the Alternate List for Mercer... but do not yet know my ranking on that list.

Mountain Day Weekend is coming up this Friday the 5th-7th. I'm so excited! My mom, dad, brother, Mrs. Pat and Ryan will all be here visiting. None of them have ever been up for mountain day before ( Read more... )

My primary application has now been sent to 10 schools. And I've already received two secondary apps. to complete.

i survived the test, and I think that i even did okay on it. details may be given on request of the insanity of the mcat. I will know the results on august 23rd. In the meantime.. I have to visit MCG, take my mom to savannah doctor appointments, attend a wedding in duluth, ga, go to sixflags!!!, pack all of my crap in an organized fashion... and ( Read more... )

i take the mcat on july 24th at 12:00 pm down in savannah. yes the tuesday of this upcoming week. im still quite worried about it, but trying to remain calm. and one of my sources of comfort (e.g. ryan hugs) will not be available until after the 5.5 hour test (not including breaks or registration) as he will be attending a family reunion up in good ( Read more... )
