I've been thinking a lot about education lately, especially higher education, as I begin to think about where I want to go after college. And mostly, what I'm thinking about right now is how unfortunate it was that Muhlenberg does not attract, nor does it praise having, a larger student-intellectual population

Not all of us can be both Rhodes scholars and be a dish with gams as well. Alas, some of us can only watch the trials of Scoobie Doo. ...Regardless of my own stunted cognitive ability, you should go for the best university you can. You'll get in if you write for them. Or talk to them. Or take a test. Or show them the aforementioned gams. As far as I can figure, you deserve the best school you can find.

And no, I'm not just crooning to you. Go intellectualize to your heart's content.
