A good barley-wine? The only one I've ever had was Hair of the Dog, which was so bad I decided never to get another barley-wine.

I'll keep an eye out for this Victory stuff.

It's a local brewery, so I don't know what their distribution radius is, but they have several tasty beers, including a good IPA-style beer called "Hop Devil."

I just tried a local (Table Rock Brewery) barley-wine that was stunningly flavorful and delicious. Don't think I could drink those all night though.

Yeah, good barleywine is amazing, but it will knock you right on your butt.

The problem is that regular beer, even good beer, tastes so weak after having just had a good barleywine that it makes it hard to continue drinking!

Just so you know, I wanted a puppy more than anything in the whole world, and then I got one, and he is hell on two (admittedly quite adorable) legs. Seriously, my dog drives my absolutely batshit insane. I still love him, but I'm not sure it was such a good idea to get him. Eh.

Well, we're planning on getting a dog this summer, but our intent is to get a grown dog and not a puppy - it'll be hard enough to train a 1- or 2-year-old dog, never MIND properly caring for a puppy! I just wouldn't be able to do that...
