Are any of the rest of you (late 20's or otherwise) experiencing this? Do you have any thoughts?

I am starting the master cleanse diet today with a close friend. That means nothing but an abysmal-sounding lemonade concoction, water, and senna-leaf laxative tea (in chocololate of all flavors, heh). For 10 days I am going to be miserable, but at the end I should feel all squeaky clean from the inside out and should be quite a bit skinnier. ( Read more... )
