Ham radio license and I look dumb

Ham radio was an alien term to me few years ago.  I decided to give a shot to technician exam after studying for a couple of weeks.
If you clear one level you can choose to try the next level of the exam in the same exam session. You need  26 out of 35 questions to qualify, I got 30 in technician test.  The examiner gave an option to everybody

If the gentleman offering the test thought you looked dumb, then clearly the extreme lack of intelligence was completely with himself.
