I found this poem that I wrote about eleven years ago. Hadn't intended on writing it, but lightning struck and the poem wrote itself. We went fancy for dinner tonight. Cilantro Lime Rice with Cilantro lime chicken, spinach and corn on the cob. I made the "chicken" with halibut instead of chicken because I felt like it, and it was super yummy.
