Today- 18 mile long run. It hurt. I am sore and tired. But it was a good day for running. This week began my dental school life, so it was hard to do a lot of running... but otherwise, it wasn't too bad ( Read more... )

Good run today, got out of class early so went for a nice run in MKE... and I did really well considering how sore I felt on Sunday. My foot feels better even after walking around in uncomfortable shoes all day for class.

I ran today through Waterfall Glen and it was fabulous. I'm too tired to write. My body hurts, but running through the rain was fun.

Miles ran today: 11.5
Time Ran: 2 hours, 25 minutes, 14 seconds
Pace: About 12.6 min/mile

So today, I had the morning off work and ran with my friend E. It was really good because she's in ROTC so she does a lot of running- that definitely helped out with the pace. Plus it was nice to have someone to talk to. Kind of funny, we both pray while we run sometimes, her with the Rosary, and me with my Apostles Creed. Gotta love that at ( Read more... )
