and i would be persuaded to eat something else if it looked as delicious as frosted flakes.

i eat cinnamon life because its sweet, but not too sweet.
and if not that i eat vanilla granola for the same reasons.

i would be persuaded if something else tasted as good if not better.

p.s. talking tigers are really very persuasive though.

dude honey bunches of oat ftw!
i like granola. and honey. the flake stuff, not so much and they came out with that granola no bullshit thing... that shit's soooo good.

oh and also, trader joes o's the honey kind... cus it's oh so delis yoso!

haha, well in all seriousness, i eat breakfast every morning at 6:30am and they keep me full until around 11am where i have a mid-morning snack! and the sugar isn't off the charts :)

organic grain health cereal with unsweetened soymilk.

its healthy and not many calories. low calories playing more of a desicion maker than health.
