i disagree. it's actually bad advice!! they are thoughts someone has when they are disappointed and probably lonely. they are understandable. but not really healthy in the long run.

Yes, I understand that point of view, I just happen to believe-at this point-that those who are disappointed and lonely have a less forgiving and, for me personally, more believable, perspective.
The logic behind that being, perhaps: "without a satisfaction to uphold, without a contentment to keep content, psychologically, the truth is liberated to become a viable option for you to see, or you are freed to believe the truth."

The trouble with that is...it seems now that truth and health are mutually exclusive.

Regardless of how clearly I think I see the truth, I eventually get caught up and forget. Then I get all surprised when the truth comes back and bitch slaps me. Not really sure what to do. I don't know what I want.
