Why not move to Austin? I think that perhaps finding a place where you are happy is an invitation to life.

I suppose Austin was more of a state of mind.. it's a cool town.. but its not SXSW 365 days a year. I guess that's what I've been working on for years.. Joining the larger family of musician's, artists, etc.. I'm getting there slowly but surely I guess. Sometimes in the day to day, its just pretty tough I guess.

True, it's not SXSW all year round, but Austin is a pretty rad town all year round. But even without Austin, there are plenty of cool places you could move with vibrant music scenes--Philly, NYC, Pittsburgh, DC, Boston...
