Now that you're gone there is clear in the air, white on the walls and bare are the floors.

I feel absolutely, completely, an entirely disconnected from my past. It's very sad. I feel like I don't even really recognize my own family all too well either. What is wrong with me and why have all the ties and bonds I once held so dearly drifting further everyday.

today I came home to an empty house. i started cleaning small things here and there and i was ok. i finished distracting myself and out of the dark my stomach clenched. it has yet to release, and i am shaking. i hope it;s not visible.
