So many aristos are here that the Beckhams might actually raise the average IQ.
LMAO.

I'm going to watch too.

There's something about all the pomp and circumstance, isn't there?

Or maybe it's all those young men in uniform ;)

Ha, yes! Uniforms are nice. Plus, while hating all the fairytale wedding nonsense I've seen on tv the past week, I can be a big old romantic softie. Don't tell anyone! ;) It's nice to see a happy occasion and the two seem genuinely happy together.

Don't worry, your mother watched it too.

I've decided Wills is a Good Egg and I'm happy for him to be King if somebody has to be.

He seems like a pretty well-rounded bloke as the Firm goes - the contrast with his father is quite striking.

I have nothing but good wishes for the happy couple, they seem to like each other a lot, and have had a (reasonable) chance to develop something approaching a healthy relationship prior to marriage and the start of a lifetime of media insanity.

I don't know how long it'll take William to become King - the Queen's in the best of health. Something tells me that Charles won't get that long on the throne.

Ha to Mum watching the wedding - did she utter the usual republican sentiments, or did she go "aaahhhh!" when they kissed on the balcony (which I may or may not have done).
