ok so now we got the bed + frame liao. it's 2K after dear's improving bargaining
and the study tables and chairs.

so now still got dining chairs and lightings
the fans + 3 lights costs $180, we need 3 of those
a plain small shade costs $35, bigger one will be $40 i think
a nicer pendant light for the dining room will be about $150

We decided not to buy the mattress from NOVA coz we don't understand why it's much more expensive than other stores.. Maybe because they buy from other wholesale stores and want to make a profit, or maybe because the profit margin is high, or maybe they can quote any price they want. Whatever lar...
