Why is everyone posting rants in their LJ's? I didn't notice anything going wrong on PT lately.

I've been trying to log onto PT for the past two hours, and the website won't load. Even www.petoftheday.com won't load and that ALWAYS works when PT is down. Waaaaah. :( I keep getting the *This Page cannot be Displayed* error. Is this happening to anyone else? I'm so frustrated. I miss PT already. :(
