does anybody know anything about the gas company law suit and if there is anyway it could help me get the gas bill to under $500?

The original settlement I read about in the paper was supposed to pay $50 in march (which i think i got...) and another $50 in july or sometime this summer I don't know for sure- but then there was something else that was supposed to make them pay more, twice as much i think, but I think it got shot down...
