I think it is a hoax...that's the same picture.

It's either a hoax, or Perry Rose was a pen name that Brown used before he got famous.

Rose hasn't written anything since 2000.

Yeah, I once read a Michael Crichton book that he wrote in Medical School called A Case of Need as "Jeffrey Hunts." When he got famous, they released it under his name.
