Damn Meli's big mouth!!! It's a good thing the guys are leaving camp before she says something really bad for them.
Cindy's still pissed that Jack didn't fall at her feet. Hee! Hee! Couldn't happen to a more deserving person.
I hope things go well for Jack and Ennis after they leave. That Ennis will help Jack stand up to and say goodbye to his parents and leave with Ennis.
And I hope neither KE nor Alma give the guys any trouble when they reach the ranch. If KE knows what's good for him, he'll realize he needs Ennis on the ranch, and if that means accepting Jack, so be it.

Hi Carole, so glad you made it till the end with no further problems. I know Meli has a big mouth, but her heart is in the right place, and pity anyone who causes Ennis and Jack harm...lol I like your thoughts on life after camp....hopefully it wont be long until the last 2 chapters are posted so you can see how they get on. I firstly love your avatar which is very distracting, but in such a good way....;) All that rope, and muscle....and exposed skin....phew. I'm so glad you enjoyed the chapter and that you loved Meli....I have a soft spot for her too!! ha ha As for your proposal....I still need a bit more time sweetie, its a very big question you're asking me....plus I need to know if both of us will wearing a wedding dress or just me ;) Oh and I love your camp and cowboy icons....so so cool!!!!! The lake was a shimmering expanse of dark stillness, the only light coming from the low moon that reflected its glow on the gentle ripples. The sun had already set on the horizon, leaving behind soft streaks of dreamy colour that were fading fast, overtaken by a blanket of stars that flooded the sky.

You've written this story beautifully and lovingly and it's been really believeble too and with great attention to detail. I've loved every last line you wrote. Hey June! Oh so glad you liked the last bit about the lake, I really like conveying what it was like...I think you know I worked on a summer camp myself, and I can see that lake so clearly even now. Thanks so much for your nice comments about my writing, I'm blushing here. I have to write 2 more chapters, one of those is the epilogue....hopefully not too long until I get to those...its my birthday next weekend so I'll start after that :)

Thanks Matt :) Glad you liked, it took me long enough to write ;) I'll start writing the next one after my birthday, so try and be patient lol Unless of course you want to write it ;) But I know the answer to that - you have something else occupying your mind right now ;)
