I was having a really bad day tuesday i was so angary, hurt and upset, and all these feelings directed at a couple of people in particular an all i could think about was the situation that had made me feel this bad.

On nights again, i cant wait for next week im back in portsmouth playing rugby 7's, we spent 2 and a half hours learning how to ruck and maul today we also played a game against the boys team it was loads of fun at the time but im paying for it now feel like iv been in a tumbler!!!

Good day today i got very drunk last night but woke up this morning bright as a button, iv been to the Gym, iv wasted two hours of my shif playing rugby and i now only have 2 hours of work left.
