Well, it's not really the 'fun' aspect, it's the "I can't room with you/you have family in the area to visit/have own agenda that takes spouse into consideration, etc" thing. All of the spouses didn't want anything to do with the convention or convention-related activities, so I'd see Brad or Justin at a lecture, but nowhere else.

Also, I'm pretty confident you and Andrew will stay fun after you get married!!

Luckily for me there's a bunch of other single people from my program who are going, so there should be plenty of people for me to room with and have fun with, etc. Anddd...Jimmy legs is going too. Not that I care or anything. =)
