Something growing, maybe panic

Sometimes I sit and wonder exactly what the hell is going on with my brain. The increasing stutter in my speech, the lapsing memory, the sudden moments of panic, the need to touch and re-touch and re-touch the fucking doorknob because I fear I touched it wrong and will face a day, maybe a lifetime, of bad karma because of it. What gives

That it's an act of terrorism. I swear to all the stars in the sky I am not only experiencing all o fthe above "symptoms"... see, I'm even stuttering as I type... I am constantly back-tracking conversations to correct msitakes, mistakes, etc. It's the water or the air... I haven't figured out which...
