it's been almost a year since I was here. I've sort of moved on, I suppose, to blogging on myspaces and facebooks, and scribbling in real journals, and yelling in eardrums, and key slashes on park benches ("where are you, love?"). I've taken up with some things that are more tangible, and some things that are less tangible.

no love of my life.
that I thought guys weren't all scum.
that I weighed a lot more.
that I wasn't going to college.

God is sovereign.
guys are all scum.
I still write all the time. only in personal journals.

it's so beautiful outside. everything that was dead weeks ago took a deep breath and burst into life. I must admit, it surprised me. I went to the kitchen window and looked out and took a step back ... w h o a. when did this happen? I suppose I'd gotten so accustomed to looking at dingy brown that I hadn't noticed when it gave way to vibrant color.
