I haven't felt like writing much recently. Or, I've wanted to write but I don't know what about. I've done enough of the introspective thing for the time being, both in face to face conversations and via email. I want to write something fictional but every time I try it seems like the words just disappear, and there's a blank space where the ideas

LUCY! I totally freaking missed your birthday. I am so so sorry! I had friends flying in... I actually realized last night. My last two relationship endings were timed perfectly so that I spent four birthdays in a row on my own... it sucks. Anyway, thinking of you a lot, I hope you feel heaps better soon. Like I said, come to America!!! We'll throttle you with bigness! :)

Haha that's ok, you gave me the sympathy I needed anyway :-)

Like I said, I would love to come to America. Perhaps in the summer/autumn (fall!) if I can scrape together enough pennies. I think I said to you before as well that I'd like to actually live out there too, but I have no idea how to even start this process (plus it's a massive decision to make). Ant and I were talking about it last night, how we both desperately want to go back to San Fransisco especially (I'd just been reading how San Fran's Exploratorium has an open evening once a month where they open the bar and lt you into the museum simultaneously. Check it out!), so perhaps we'll do that after he's finished his masters. Dunno what Katie would think to that though, lol.
