How long do you plan on staying there?

Probably two years, possibly one. Very unlikely more than two. I'm applying to grad school this fall but will probably end up deferring. If I stay for two years, I can almost undoubtedly save up enough to put myself through the year of grad school, even if I don't get a scholarship. As my mother says, it really feels like they've slipped a pair of golden handcuffs on me.
