I feel I've failed you all. I'm so ashamed.

A certain author by the name of Sparrow Quill has a long convoluted series of Sueage... and I just can't report it. It's too much ( Read more... )

She does LES MIS? O_O People who have only ever seen the musical should not write fanfiction. Please, no. Not good. *whimpers* Okay, not reading her work. No. Les Miserables is good... not to be tortured with the Mary-Sue, no. Ack. *becomes more incoherent than already from horror*

"Actually, I have something else to discuss with you." She said, a lot more shy now than she had been a few moments ago. The sudden change in tone made Jack roll his eyes and quickly seduce and shag her before she tried to get him a real relationship. He left without paying; Instead, he stole her jewelry on his way out.

Seems to me you could give yourself an easy week just by individually reporting each of the Sues in the juggernaut story, one each day.

The summary actually has a good point... unlike the story.

"dark tresses hang[ing] temptingly down her back"

Am I the only one who thought that line meant that one might be tempted to pull on them?

See, but to report each of them I'd actually have to muck through it and experience all of them at the same time.

Hey, for that matter, why did she need to pretend to seduce him? (Besides to prove that no man could resist her wiles, of course.) I mean, she could've just told him she was a Turner straight out and he would've taken notice, no wierd sexual pretenses necessary.

Bah. I'm using logic again. Silly me.
