It's just sad. He's a for real contender, and he's running as hard to the right as he can. I don't know if he realizes how much that will shrink his following.

I'm not sure he could aim more right if he declared Bush the second coming. Seriously this man who had been applauded for being centrist is just....ick!

yah, i've been watching him creep over to the right for awhile now. makes me very sad, indeed, since i rather liked him the last time around.

now, i woulnd't vote for him.

I can't believe that I ever liked that man. If these are his true colors - and he's not just playing to the conservative base to get support - then he fooled the hell out of me.

Look, I *LIVE* in Arizona, and even the people here are starting to grow disgusted with him. He has no base anymore. The mavericks have no reason to admire him, and there are REAL social conservatives in the race for people with those affinities to pick.
