Man, we're getting pounded by hurricane Frances. This thing has been sitting just off the coast of Florida dropping a ton of rain. Well, I’m still having pains in my lower back. I’m out of the Ibuprofen and muscle relaxers, although I don’t think I need them anymore. I’ve been taking a half a pain killer as needed, which is like twice a day. My MRI results came in and the radiologist noted a possible herniated L5 and S1, which is your lower spin.
