Judy's fear for her daughter's feelings, and the unflattering opinions others might have of Quinn when they find out she's gay is totally realistic. My own mother has expressed those same thoughts openly, but thank god she hasn't tried to convince me of who I am otherwise. It's a beautiful thing when Judy learns to accept her daughter through the actions of Rachel and Quinn rather than remaining adamant.

But poor Judy, watching all the tragic lesbian movies and none of the amazing ones. But who could blame her? There's a rather large portion of both.

Anyway, this was a wonderful story and I'm glad you wrote something after such a long time. Thank you for writing this. C:

I think a lot of parents have those fears - it seems to be part of the job description. It's awesome that your mom hasn't tried to change who you are.

Thank you so much!

Oh my god. Hi, um, I love you. You are my favorite. I was so happy when I found out you wrote a new Faberry fic!

This was an absolutely wondeful read! I really enjoyed that it was from Judy's perspective. Her distorted view on lesbian relationships based on a couple of tragic lesbian movies--just brilliant. And I loved her conversation with Kurt's dad. Just so well done. Also Rachel's annoying persistence to get Judy to watch movies with them was hilarious! And of course I love how Judy eventually came around and realized how much Rachel makes Quinn happy.

Amazing job as usual! You're an excellent writer. Thank you for sharing this with us!

:D

Thank you. Sadly, while this story is fictional, I know a couple of people in real life who base their stereotypes off of what they see in the media.

Thanks so much for reading.

Thank you!

I've been gone so long that I didn't know you were still around, otherwise I'd have asked you to look this over first!

OUTSTANDING! Poor Judy, each movie got more and more tragic yet I couldn't help but laugh as she rented each one. Loved it.
