I fell this morning jogging up the stairs on the escalator at the metro. Nice. Banged my knee and the top of my foot, but decided I was going to go for a run anyway (because the bikini came in today--talk about a motivator!) You and tis bikini craze. You should be the new "it was an itsy bitsy red polka dotted yellow bikini that she wore for the 1st time today" girl.

Yeah, I'm resting today. Still can't do stairs very well, but I want to do 12 or 14 miles tomorrow if it kills me...
It's really funny that you mentioned that how bikini thing. I ordered it to come into work (we live in a condo and they leave our packages outside our door; I feel safer receiving things at work), and the girls all squealed because they knew what it was. A male co-worker asked what the big deal was, and I quickly replied, "It's my itsy bitsy, teenie weenie yellow polka dot bikini!"
He didn't get it.

How could he not get it? That commercial has been running forever. Although, I did mess up a little huh?

Don't push too hard tomorrow and risk hurting yourself more.

I want to go at least 9. 9 will put me at 25 miles for the week. I really, really wanted to do 30, but we'll see. Leave it to me to fall up an escalator. :-)
