Training from 9-5 today. WHEE. Going to head to work a little early probably. I'm hoping to sneak in a lunch time run, but I'll probably have to go after work. K and I are meeting up later for some shopping and dinner and she gets off a bit later than me, so I can do a quick 3 or 4 miles then. My knee is still pretty stiff; it's starting to annoy

When I hurt my knee last fall, it was sooo stiff when I wasn't using it, but then bearable on my runs. Lets hope you recover quicker than I did.
