At the start of the year, I made a resolution that I would post at least two Friday Five's in a month. I was too lazy to think of questions, some of them were repetitive as crabbycool pointed out and I didn't expect most of you to answer them as they would certainly lose the charm if they were so frequent ( Read more... )

1. If you were to have a child, have you already decided on its name?
Aravind for a boy, Meera for a girl.

2. Name a book that you loved to read as a child? Would you still read it now?
Anything by Enid Blyton. Yes, I would still read them. I read Magic Faraway Tree 2 months back! :D

3. I met the author Gregory David Roberts! Which of your favourite author would you like to meet? (Yes, I am going to be gloating about the fact that I met him!)
(We are assuming that people are still alive, okay?) Enid Blyton is definitely a top one. Erich Segal is another.

4. What is it that you want to do right now?
Too many things. Can't put into words :)

5. Which brand do you swear by and why? Give us the url so that we can browse too!
FabIndia, what else? :D

I know. That's why I said 'assume they are alive'. You just asked who I would 'like' to meet, no? ;)

1. Not decided yet, after all the mother should have a say in it too ;-)

2. Loved to read? Again and again? Can't recall any - i was too busy reading new ones, usually.

3. No one in particular. Douglas Adams would have been lovely to meet, i think. Many others seem interesting, e.g. Assimov, Wodehouse, Somerset Maugham etc. etc., but no one author that i'd love to meet over others.

4. Have a good day at work followed by a nice weekend.

5. None. Try not to get too much into brand loyalty etc.
