Hovno, it seems as though Valentine's Day is but a week away. More or less, judging by the date. Ah, I believe it almost slipped my mind considering the holiday is but a recent phenomenon back hope, so it is often quite easy for the holiday approach without my noticing until the day of.

I wonder if Dewi would like to do anything. 

Sometimes I forget that my father is American. And it seems as though yesterday was one of those days considering, haha, he called to wish me a Happy Thanksgiving. I refrained from mentioning how problematic the holiday is and took his well wishes with a smile. Now that my ankle has long since healed, it seems as though I have taken up buying new pairs of boots (and some rather fantastic outfits for the coming winter months) to make up for the time I spent wearing flats. I had forgotten how cumbersome hospital stays can be, regardless of how short mine was.

It seems having to deal with someone obsessing over wig shopping has left me exhasperated enough to distract myself with boots.

Though it seems I may have gone a bit overboard, if the six new pairs say anything. But I suppose I am allowed to splurge every now and then. Especially when they'll come to be useful once the summer weather dissipates.

 I forget how painful the time difference between Liberty and Prague can be, but I am home now.

My flight landed this morning, with some delay unfortunately, but I managed to get a taxi home from the airport in little to no time.
