Your spending makes me feel less bad about mine! Funnily, Rhett Miller song's "Point Shirley" is playing on 89.3 the current's live stream right now with the lyric "my friend is caught in a shame spiral..."
Not so much shame spiral, but spending spiral, yes!
Good work on the shoes--I must see them. I have a problem with shoe love.
That all sounds great. I need to indulge me in some of that, as soon as this project has its boot off my neck. Lately I've been having too many moments of wanting to just burn my whole wardrobe and start over.
All those greens probably really work on you. Good show.
I had bad shoe karma this month. First, the sandals I ordered in a fevered delirium are on back order until late August... by which time I can wear them for, oh, six weeks before it starts raining. Then I spotted some wedges at Nordstrom I really wanted, which of course are also out of stock in my size, and apparently also unavailable on the internet. Then my shoe karma improved because I won these on Ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3977545360 And then all was well in the world again.

Nice. They're loud, but in a good way. I'd say wear them with blue or pink or yellow; wearing them with black & red might be too White Stripes-y.
The problem with a shopping blog would be its inevitable decline into groceries, since that's what we buy more than anything else. Two tomoatoes, bananas, kale... not very compelling.
