Apparently the militant insurgents who hate freedom have moved the weapons of mass destruction to a different place. Those Japanese are getting uppity. Hussein's insurgents and that Abert Qaeda fellow have moved the weapons of mass destruction to Japan.

Don't forget that you have most of the army's second infantry division right around the corner in Korea. You could always send them over to shake everyone down and find the WMD's.
