Holly I really hate to disappoint you here...but while I do have an ungodly amount of books and I have, in fact read dragonflight...there is no McCaffrey on my shelves. You may well be thinking of the Dragonlance Books, on which I wasted much time and money, but there is naught between George R.R. Martin and Dennis McKiernan, save air and a metal bar.
