I do. It wouldn't be good for me to lose my skills. Though I don't really have a style. It's just street fighting.

Actually it's not. Have you seen some of the jokes that come in and washout a week or two later. It sucks, knowing that those punks get a chance and I never will. Because I'm an anima and that means we can't even be considered for such a job.

And yet even the ones who do end up doing so still manage to think I'm lesser than they are even though I work harder and am more capable in my training than they could ever try to manage. But then many of them seem to be spoiled second or third children from families that never give them any responsibilities and have most likely never worked towards anything for a single day in their lives. So they're mostly just here for something to do and just so they can say "I was once in the Royal Guard" even if failing out after only a few weeks is not exactly something to feel proud of or gloat about.

...Though, even though it's probably a bad idea for me to say this, it might be possible to get you into the Guard still even if you are an anima, Kippei-san. There's a chance that another identity could be made up for you that would allow you to join the ranks. ...Ah, but then, I'm not sure how happy Kazena-sama would be about you doing something like that.

It is a very bad idea and you'd get in a lot of trouble...so if I do this, I'll keep your name out of it. Can't let a promising cub lose his spot because of me. As for me, the only thing that can happy to me is that I get sold off again as Kazena doesn't seem the sort to physcially punish his anima.
