Strange how that works, isn't it? Though I can't say I'm all that used to this particular habit of the City yet - it hasn't occurred so very often during the time I've been here.

It's just bothersome. I'd prefer not to spend my day walking around looking like I ought to be serving up tankards of ale, but it could be much worse.

Perhaps we'll all have to resort to going for a swim in the ocean instead. They couldn't turn the whole ocean into beer, could they?
