wow, 6 months, didn't know you would be gone so long
If I was there, you know I would help... can at least list off what to beware of from some landlords (though I know and/or rented from)

I can go into detail if needed, but Charlebois is def. one to avoid
Lets just say when the RCMP and the rentalsman roll their eyes at the very mention of his name... the worst part is that it isn't obvious at first
not sure if he's still in the business though he had owned quite a bit last I knew

I have to ask around for the name of the guy who owned the property next to my last place... not good either, quite the opposite but least his places are obviously bad on first impression (and that's just the surface)
