Four thousand years? [He finds it hard to even fathom that something can survive for that long.] Sorry, it's just...

Sounds like a good idea. I spent most of my childhood, roaming the forest whenever I could.

No need to apologize, I understand. [A soft smile.]

And if anyone happens to come upon you thinking in the woods and ask if you're alright, don't feel bad declining assistance. Not that you would, I suppose, it's just... a problem I always seemed to have.

[He gives a small nod.]

I'll keep that in mind. Perhaps they presume much when they see you?

Have you checked all the stores? That's usually where trinkets get off to, especially if you've just gotten here.

Not really, I just looked through them quickly and went on my way. I'm not fond of shopping.

It's worth a second look, if the thing you've yet to find is as precious as I'd guess.

It's quite precious to me, although it has more sentimental value than anything else. I guess I'll keep trying.

Too big for me, mate. My advice is to go campin'.

Camping? I haven't been able to do that in ages sadly, too busy with politics and the like.

I do understand what you mean. I believe it happens to us all.

If you're looking for something, you should check the stores. That's where you will find the things you came here with.

That's reassuring. I though I was going to go mad.

I shall. [ He resists the urge to ask how his things got there.]

No, you are not going mad, I assure you.

Good luck in finding your wedding band. I know I would be devastated should I lose my own.

Well, that's good to know.

Thank you. I'll keep searching and pray that it turns up sometime soon.

[Rasler looks up, in mild surprise, and snaps out of his reverie.]

Taking it in while I can. I haven't seen rain in nearly a month. I was beginning to miss it.

[ OOC: yeah]

Here too? I only arrived here recently, before I been living with Ashelia and her family who live in the desert.
