A little Bring Back Bobbi update...

I've decided that the first step to feeling better is to feel healthy. I've jam-packed my fridge and pantry with healthy foods. I've been eating only healthy foods, trying to get enough fiber naturally before I see if I need to get the FiberSure or anything like that. I checked out that FlyLady thing, Shan, and ( Read more... )

Sounds great! I'm going to try to eat better and lose weight, too, and continue with my FlyLady stuff. With that, it's really best to pick and choose what's right for you, and to take it slowly. That's what makes them ROUTINES. Jumping into doing a million new things every day is what makes you crash.

I bought a timer at the Dollar Tree for $1. Then I set it for 15 minutes and go. It's crazy how much you can get accomplished, and I've even used it when I *really* don't want to do homework or something.

I love the before-bed and morning routines. They really do make your life easier. I got up this morning, and I got so much done in an hour and a half: showered, got ready, cleaned up the bathroom, made my lunch, sat down to eat breakfast and drink my coffee, put the dishes away, made the bed, walked the dogs, and I wasn't late for work and didn't rush whatsoever. It put me in a great mood this morning.

Hey, I have a question for you... did you like your Gazelle machine? I'm thinking about getting one.

I didn't like the Gazelle at all. When you're on it, it doesn't really feel like you're working out. You have to either lean really far forward or really far back to feel like you're doing anything, and then its really just your arms. Then again, I might have been doing it wrong or be a complete idiot. Very possible :)

If you want to come over and try ours, you can. Also, don't buy one until I ask my parents if they even want ours. They might just give it to you.

Well that sucks. I had read a lot of good reviews on it. I'm still interested, though.
