Word of advice from yer former coach:

Work on whatever you need to this week, despite the bruising and whatnot. Rest next week ... (physical) preparation done the last week before a tournament rarely makes an impact.

That said, blistery-foot-action does need proper care ...

yeah, the non-moving has much to do with the terrible blister on my foot. bruising i can handle (although you should see this one, it's AMAZING. best bruise ever, in a sick kind of way). i'm still going to be running and stuff, i just can't do too much footwork, and certainly not full-speed footwork. do you think that will be enough?

and actually, we have this week and two more before finals, not just this and next. so hopefully i have time...
