Dr. Love, eh? I like that. You can practise 'procedures' on me anytime.

Quick trick for avoid wrist injusries in a typing heavy job (learned form a yoga instructor). You may want to perform this regularly.

Firmly grip the wrist of one hand in the other, such that the palm of your hand is centered over the back of the wrist. Rotate the wrist. Do other wrist.

This 'stretches' the wrist, opening gaps (which are normal, healthy and allow for flexibility etc) between the metacarsals. You can probably explain that one better than I can anyway, Dr.

hehe Dr. Love! I think it sounds great!

Congradulations on everything!!!!

I'm really happy with Rogers, but it's about the only service that gets really good reception up in Port (hometown, interestingly enough right near Sauble)

Telus was really nice to me, back when I lived in Canadaland. They screwed up a couple of times, but tried to make it up to me both times. They also told me not to enable international calling from my cell phone, because they overcharge for it.

OTOH, Rogers uses SIM cards. SIM cards are great, because you can get one for a different phone company and put it into your phone (if it's "unlocked"). This is useful if you find yourself in another country.

I've been with Telus for about 3 years, and I've never had a serious problem with them. I've had one or two small problems, but their customer service people were really friendly and fixed the problem quickly.

Also, congrats on Western! I don't know of anyone looking for a roomate, but since I lived in London for the past year, I know that it's a great city :) If you're wondering what some great restaurants and other entertainment options are, let me know!

When I was looking for an apartment last summer I went to the housing section on the UWO website. It's pretty well organized and there were a lot of postings on there. My two friends and I looked at 7 places in one day, and about 5 of them would've been just fine to live in. I also had a number of friends who lived in apartment buildings downtown which were all really nice. If you find something that is near a bus route to campus and one to downtown, then you're all set :)
