In a mere 8 hours my plane will be taking off to Vancouver, then to Whitehorse. I'll be gone for 2.5 weeks for some researching AND vacationing fun... solo travelling for the first time. I will hopefully have internet access along the way and I may get some posts in as I travel the north.

Next Thursday, July 13th, I will be bording a plane to Vancouver, BC, and then another plane to Whitehorse, Yukon. Here I will pick up a rental car and drive to Kluane Lake Research Station. A while ago I lost my music collection due to a random act of violence to music files by my computer. (I have no idea how it happened) I'm only getting around to really rebuilding it now. So far I have 643 songs. That's pretty sad, so I'm looking for music suggestions. Nothing too crazy, and no rap, but other than that I'm open to recommendations.

I'm going to the Yukon. I'm going for 2-3 weeks at some point between now and the beginning of September. I'm going to be living in a log cabin and doing research and it's all expenses paid! How cool is that?

So it looks like rock climbing is on for the evening. I will be going around 5:30 (as I have an errand to run before hand) and Pez will be joining at some point.

Ish, I can pick you up but I don't know where you live!?!

There was also talk of Mr. Mezzamorra joining us.
