oops, haven't updated lately!

ooh, been a while! so last week sucked because i hurt my foot so i couldn't exercise for 2 days. (its actually still a little sore). i did some strengthening thing and namaste yoga on thursday, then nothing on friday cause i just wanted to lay on the couch and do nothing all day. sat and sun we packed up the upstairs of our house and moved it ( Read more... )

Well, I'm glad you are working on taking care of yourself. The counselor I work with has quite often said how bipolar will often get misdiagnosed as just depression because many times people to do anything about the problem until they are in the depressive state and the therapist never sees the rest of it. To me, even though I'm not certified by any means that seems a little more accurate.

I like the Namaste but it seems to be on at inconvenient times for me right now. And moving totaaly counts as exercise in my book!!!

i was doing this namaste sequesnce the other day and i about died! they were like "ok, now squat down, hands to the third eye. breathe. now, roll back, legs over head and toes behind the ears. good." uh, WHAT? i've only been doing this a week and a half-i don't think i'm ready for that yet! so i did my best and looked like a fool. oh well!

Yeah, I really can't do that move right now, I used to be able to no problem. I've gotten pretty lax on the stomach exercises.
