Maybe I'm just listening to too much NPR today. But I keep hearing about the American Family Association's various meddling.

Celebrating one's faith has nothing to do with shopping and the wording used in a sale flyer!

Hey, they've put christ back in my life. Everytime I hear about what they're up to I take the lord's name in vain again...

There was an interesting Times article about this. It seems quite weird to me. I mean, it's one thing if a corporate monolith declared "No one is to say Christmas." But it's a very different thing to declare "Everyone must say Christmas. You must!"

It's extra bizarre. I saw a skit about it on on of the comedy shows, maybe SNL. All I could think is whether that many people are paying attention to someone using the term "holiday."
