Nellie McKay freakin' rocks! I love her. I bought her album right after I moved to Seattle. She is one talented kid.

I saw it. It's interesting, but it's not spectacular. It's VERY German. Very Brecht/Weill. Cyndi Lauper is barely in it. Ana Gasteyer steals the show. She and Jim Dale are hands down the best parts.

And, in case you didn't know, Studio 54 is a B'way house run by Roundabout Theatre Company. It's where Cabaret played.

i just didn't know when it was playing. I saw an ad for it in a magazine.

It's playing now. But there are so many better things one should see if one is planning on seeing a B'way show ;-)
