Snow Day
The girls were off school today due to a snow day. We had a mix of snow, sleet and freezing rain this afternoon. Long time no see
I guess it has been a few years since I posted. Oops. I am just not good at keeping up with these things anymore. So busy with the little people in my life. Being their personal taxi, chef, maid, life coach, etc... It takes a lot of time!

Thanksgiving food for daaaaays
Our fridge is still full of t-giving leftovers. My current love of them is fading fast. I made a delicious ham & bean soup tonight with the hambone I confiscated right as my dad was about to toss it. Wow, I can't believe Livejournal is still around. I remember sitting in my bedroom in my parent's house, eating pringles, trying to think of a username to sign up for this new journaling service. 2011 and baby stuff!
Laying in bed last night, Kiera was rolling around all over the place. I put my phone on my belly and watched it flop around and move up and down as she danced inside my belly. Big girl bed
So my wonderful husband got Zoey's armoire anchored to the wall and put together the baby gate on her door. We decided tonight was the night and put her to bed in her big girl bed. It took over an hour to get her to sleep and us going back in her room multiple times to console a crying little girl. Sucked. I keep telling myself it will get better ( Read more... ) -

I'm sick right now. Some kind of cross between a cold, allergies and a sinus infection. It's a special kind of hell, let me tell ya. My entire head feels like total crap and really all I would like to do is go to sleep until it's better. ( Read more... ) -
