Mothering TWO children, both of whom need lots of attention for differing reasons, is tiring!

Ro absolutely adores her little brother, though she's demanding a lot of attention herself in not particularly acceptable ways. We're working on that and have made a lot of headway.

Aw, I'm sorry. Figured it was worth a shot.

Another thing that really helped me was the Yogi brand of tea-I think it's called Nursing Support or Nursing Mother Support or something. The other teas didn't work too well with me, but that one did. I could probably find you a recipe for lactation cookies too-I saw one a week ago or so that was like a Super Lactation OMG cookie.

Aside from the nursing stuff, Gio sounds like he's doing great :) You should put up more pictures of him and Ro, I bet they're adorable together :)

Heh, that's actually the brand I was using that seems to give him the rash/hives. I'll be okay, this is a bit easier on my waistline anyway.

i ate oatmeal for breakfast everyday, with flax seeds. i added nutritional yeast to everything i could think of, too. i would notice an immediate difference, and even become slightly engorged after a few days of oatmeal. my breasts never became engorged with my second pregnancy, however, and i had no supply issues.

Heh. I would completely expect Gio to be advanced. 1) because he's yours and 2) because that bun cooked overtime. Overdue babies are typically bigger, healthier and more advanced from the anecdotal evidence I have heard.
