Gah, snow!

I knew that the bad weather drifting across the plains states was going to hit us last night. Still, it was a surprising view out my front window this morning. Keep in mind that it was 70 degrees outside just a few days ago.

I dunno. I was hoping for a few more weeks of moderate weather. :(

It's been just damp and gloomy here in S NJ the last few days. Not really cold, just rain.

Today it's nice & sunny, thank God.

Cute pics :)

I'm hoping that it will warm up here for a few more weeks anyway. Or at least some sun.

The three blind mice work in government? HOW FITTING.

YES!

The one with a gear mouth is pretty excellent too, and why my husband is doing all the pumpkin carving next year.

It's like a steampunkin.

Really cute peapod. She looks very tolerant of the crazy grownups around her. At least your schools still have Halloween parties - this year is the last year for it here in jeeebusland. Next year it's early october "harvest parties." -_- There were a lot of skeletons in preschool though - maybe it's something with the age.

They do have Princess Leia costumes for one year olds, complete with fleece cinnamon buns for extra warmth. Our entire neighborhood was star wars this year. My daughter wanted to be Captain Rex the clonetrooper. Next year I think I might force her to go as Tinkerbell just to get it out of our systems.

Oh god... harvest parties? That's horrible! What the hell is the matter with people? Don't they have more important things to fret about?

*facepalm*

There were a lot of skeletons in Erik's school too. I think they must have learned about bones. Or maybe it's because of pirates and the Jolly Roger.

That would kick ass. It would have to be a full wig though because if Ivy's anything like me, she's not going to have any real hair for at least another year.
